internship track
designed for those EXPLORING God’s calling and place of ministry.
the intern track is for men or women who have a sense that God is calling them into a deeper service in the body of Christ but they are not sure of what or where. the intern track is for those who have a strong sense of calling but need more time exploring that calling and developing on a personal, theological, and ministry level.
vision
what
there are two pieces to the internship - a cohort and a lab.
cohort
cohort learning, with interactive small groups, will take place every tuesday night at 8 pm with many other interns from various churches. the cohort works through a curriculum that focuses on 1) engaging in inward gospel transformation, 2) learning outward servant leadership, and 3) discerning God's voice for everyday obedience and ministry-type callings.
the lab will involve actual ministry work and mentorship under the supervision of a staff member or leader at your home church. the focus of the lab, the amount of ministry work, and the when of the work is all determined by you and the mentor. we have a template for what principally could happen in any lab - but they will all look a little different. (possible lab focuses depending on your church - missions, students, children, tech, discipleship, pastoral, and more.)
