there are 3 different residency tracks offered through sLi. each residency track has a different focus and purpose.

designed for those NEEDING AND DESIRING to be trained in the day-to-day heart, life, and skills needed to lead a ministry in the local church.

designed for those CALLED to be trained in the day-to-day heart, life, and skills needed to pastor and plant a church or revitalize a local church.

designed for those endeavoring to be SENT by their local church in the next few years to an unreached people group long-term to make disciples and plant churches.
we primarily focus on church planting amongst “unreached” people groups. however, we will send to “reached” groups.
